ANALYSIS OF BASIC CHARACTERISTICS OF CABLE SUPPORTED CONCRETE SANDWICH BOARD WITH WIRE MESH

摘要: 弦支混凝土集成屋盖结构是在张拉整体及弦支结构的基础上提出的一种新型的预应力钢-混凝土复合屋面结构,该结构具有跨度大、施工安装方便、工业化程度高等优点,但它在通过增加预制钢筋混凝土板厚度来提高结构刚度的同时,也会导致结构本身自重的增大。钢丝网架混凝土夹芯板是一种新型轻质建筑板材,该板材具有重量轻、刚度大、承载能力强等优点。在弦支混凝土板基础上提出弦支钢丝网架混凝土夹芯板的概念,通过有限元软件对其基本特性进行研究,主要包括拉索预应力设计、结构自振特性以及钢丝网架混凝土夹芯板的裂缝控制。

Abstract: Based on the tensegrity and cable supported structures,the cable supported concrete roof structure was put forward as a new-style pre-stressed compound steel-concrete roof structure. It has advantages of larger span,simple construction,high industrialization. But using the method of increasing the thickness of precast concrete panel to enhance stiffness can also caused a rise in the structure weight. Concrete sandwich board with wire mesh is a new light building board,which has the features of light weight,high rigidity and good bearing capacity. And thereby,this paper propose the idea of cable supported concrete sandwich board with wire mesh,its basic characteristics,such as the pre-stress design of the cable,the behavior of natural oscillation and the crack control of concrete sandwich board with wire mesh were studied by using the finite element software. -
