CONCEPTION AND APPLICATION OF CABLE-SUPPORTED BARREL VAULT STRUCTURES

摘要: 将弦支概念引入柱面网壳结构,提出弦支筒壳结构。通过分析弦支筒壳的结构组成,提出按照筒壳结构层数、筒壳网格形式的弦支筒壳分类方法。分析弦支筒壳相比单层筒壳结构所具有的优势。结合辽宁华福印染厂改扩建工程和天津大港干煤棚工程的概况和实际特点,分析采用弦支筒壳结构的可行性,论述弦支筒壳在这两个工程中的应用设计过程和取得的效果。Abstract: The conception of cable-supported vault structure was put forward by introducing the idea of cablesupport into column-reticulated shell structure. The composition of cable-supported vault structure was analyzed.Two classification methods were presented,respectively on the basis of layer number of barrel vault structure and the grid arrangement. It was analyzed the merit of cable-supported barrel vault structure as compared with a single-layer column-reticulated shell structure. The general situation and characteristic of two actual projects were summarized, which are Liaoning Huafu Print Works and dry coal shed for Dagang Power station in Tianjin. The feasibility of adopting cable-supported vault structure was pointed out. And design procedure and effect of employing cablesupported vault structure in the two projects were also described.
