STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF ENLARGED-STOREY AND EXTENSION FOR AN EXISTING RC FRAME STRUCTURE

摘要: 结合工程实例,介绍某钢筋混凝土框架房屋增层扩建结构设计,并对结构方案的确定、新老桩基的沉降差控制、老承台的验算与加固、钢结构与混凝土连接节点的构造处理、上部结构的加固等进行了分析和探讨。Abstract: In this paper, the structural design of enlarged-storey and extension for an existing RC frame structure is introduced. It is analyzed and discussed that determining of structural scheme, controlling of difference in subsidence between new pile foundation and existing pile foundation, calculating and strengthening of existing pile cap, detailing of joint conneted steel structure with existing RC structure and strengthening of existing RC structure.
