TEST APPRAISAL AND REINFORCEMENT OF A FLOATED BASEMENT

摘要: 深圳某建筑地下室受到地下水浮力作用产生不均匀上浮,最大上浮量达到397mm,导致地下室结构损伤严重。通过对受损结构检测,分析上浮原因及结构破坏机理,在此基础上对地下室结构进行永久抗浮处理和结构加固处理,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。Abstract: In Shenzhen a buildings basement rose up unevenly because of groundwater buoyancy force action,the maximum rising was up to 397 mm,which caused serious damage to structural components. In this paper,the floated reason of the basement and the failure mechanism of the structure were analyzed,and on this basis,the completed permanent anti-buoyant treatment and the structure reinforcement of the basement were carried out,which achieved good economic and social benefits.
