SAFETY EVALUATION AND STRUCTURE STRENGTHENING OF A CHEMICAL PLANT SUBJECTED TO FIRE DISASTER

摘要: 某化工厂房由于遭受火灾,导致结构出现较大损伤。为了消除安全隐患,需要对厂房进行全面的安全性检测鉴定。通过推定火灾温度场分布及构件受火温度以及测试钢材和混凝土受火后的性能,对结构构件损伤等级做出评定。依据检测鉴定结果,提出较为详细的维修加固方案,按照该方案处理后的厂房结构能够满足承载力及耐久性要求。Abstract: A chemical plant was suffered greater damage after a fire hazard. In order to eliminate the hidden danger of the structure,the safety detection and evaluation of structure were taken. Temperature distribution of the fire and temperature of the structural components were deduced,the properties of steel and concrete after fire were tested,and damage extent of the structural components were evaluated. Based on the results,detailed strengthening scheme was put forward. The structure could completely meet the requirements of the bearing capacity and durability after strengthening by the scheme.
