EXPERIMENT ON STATIC BEARING CAPACITY OF MULTI-PLANAR INTERNALLY STIFFENED CHS TUBULAR JOINTS

摘要: 通过对2组共4个空间复杂钢管节点的静载性能试验研究,讨论不同构造对应力传递途径和破坏模式的影响。在专门设计一套空间自平衡加载装置上进行缩尺试验模型的加载,得到两组节点不同内加劲形式下的承载力极限状态。根据试验得到的破坏模式给出节点设计的合理建议:67FB组节点两种内加劲方式均满足承载力要求;67EB节点则应在底座钢管内设置十字加劲肋并与主管可靠施焊,以获得足够的承载能力。Abstract: Through an experimental research on static load-carrying properties of 2 groups of multi-planar complex tubular joints (4 joints) ,the effects of different structural type of the joints on both flow of stresses and damage modes were discussed. A special self-equilibrium spatial loading installation was designed for all tests of the scaled specimens,and the limit states of bearing capacity of the two groups of joints with different ways of being internally stiffened. Reasonable suggestions on design were proposed according to damage modes of the joints obtained by the tests: sufficient bearing capacity of 67FB joint was guaranteed with the two kinds of internally stiffened configuration;cross stiffeners had to be placed in base tube and are reliably welded with the chord member in order to acquire sufficient bearing capacity of 67EB joint.
