STUDY ON EROSION-RESISTING CHARACTERISTICS OF CONCRETE UNDER FREEZING-THAWING ACTION

摘要: 研究冻融循环侵蚀作用下,C25、C35及C50混凝土在不同侵蚀溶液中的抗侵蚀性能变化。结果表明:混凝土试件在蒸馏水环境、硫酸钠溶液及硫酸钠与氯化钠混合溶液经冻融循环300次后,对混凝土的侵蚀破坏依次加强;随着混凝土强度的降低,水灰比逐渐加大,混凝土试件在冻融循环后损伤也逐渐严重;经喷涂聚脲弹性体防护材料的混凝土试件经冻融循环后基本无损伤;冻融循环侵蚀下混凝土由表及里的胀裂是主要问题,在不同盐溶液,这一问题呈现出不同的表现趋势。Abstract: Erosion-resisting characteristics of C25,C35 and C50 concretes were tested in an environment of freezing and thawing cycle. The result showed that the corrosion became more and more serious successively under clear water,the solution of sodium sulfate,and the solution of sodium sulfate with sodium chloride after 300 times of freezing-thawing actions. The damage to a concrete specimen was gradually serious with a decrease in concrete strength and a gradual increase in water cement ratio. The concrete samples protected by SPUA were in good condition. The main problem was spalling from surface to interior which appeared different tendency with different salt solution.
