APPLICATION OF PRESTRESSED JOIST BEAMS FOR REMOVING COLUMN IN REFORM OF BUILDINGS

摘要: 青岛奥帆基地西地块商业中心,地下2层,地上3层(局部4层),框架结构。由于商业布局改变,需拆除1~2层共6个框架柱,拆除后框架梁跨度18m。采用有粘结预应力加固原有框架梁,取得较好效果。可供类似工程的加固设计参考。Abstract: Six columns on the first and second floors of a commercial building in Qingdao are required to be removed for functional purpose. The structural form of the building is RC frame,having 2 stories in the basement and 3 stories above the ground (4 stories partially) . Due to the columns removed,the span of the corresponding beam is increased to 18 meters. Bonded prestress technique is used to strengthen the original frame beam in order to sustain the increased loads,good result is obtained. The method used in this project can be referred by the reinforcing design of similar projects.
