STUDY ON MORTAR RATIO DEVIATION OF CONCRETE FRAME THEORY

摘要: 混凝土架构理论认为,混凝土是由粗集料、砂浆和二者之间的过渡层组成。在阐述混凝土架构理论的基础上,提出标准混凝土概念,并据此测试其不同龄期的抗压强度,得到标准混凝土与水泥胶砂强度换算公式。从砂浆比偏离的角度上去研究粗集料的架构作用,在分析前人试验数据的基础上,建立混凝土架构作用的数学模型,分析不同集料对混凝土强度和工作性的影响。通过再生混凝土、轻集料混凝土和粉煤灰混凝土对建立的数学模型进行进一步的验证。结果表明:混凝土的强度与砂浆比偏离二者有很好的相关性,砂浆比偏离是研究混凝土架构理论的重要参数。Abstract: It is recognized by concrete frame theory that a concrete is consisted of coarse aggregate,mortar and transition layer between coarse aggregate and mortar. Concrete frame theory was expounded,and conception of standard concrete was proposed in the paper. It was obtained compressive of standard concrete in different ages and strength equation between standard concrete and cement mortar strength. The frame effect of coarse aggregate was researched from mortar ratio deviation with literature review,based on which math model was established,and the influence of different coarse aggregates on concrete strength and workability was analyzed. Math model was further tested with recycled aggregate,lightweight concrete and fly ash concrete. It was concluded that there was a good correlation between strength and mortar ratio deviation,and mortar ratio deviation is an important parameter to research concrete frame theory.
