RESEARCH ON RC BEAMS COMBINATION STRENGTHENED WITH CARBON FIBER REINFORCED POLYMER AND STEEL PLATES UNDER SUSTAINING LOAD

摘要: 碳纤维与钢板复合加固钢筋混凝土梁是一种新型的加固方法。通过对1根原梁和6根不同方式加固梁进行的抗弯性能对比试验表明,复合加固对提高抗弯承载力和延性均优于碳纤维和粘钢加固,且初始荷载对其抗弯承载力影响不大。此外,根据试验结果分析了复合加固梁的破坏模式和提高抗弯承载力的限值,分析表明:复合加固梁的抗弯承载力要远远超过混凝土加固规范规定的40%提高幅度限值的要求,且复合加固还能满足其使用性能。因此,对于需要提高较大幅度抗弯承载力且满足使用性能的受弯构件,当负载较大时建议采用复合加固。Abstract: Combination strengthening RC beams with CFRP and steel plates is a new method. Through the test of one reference beam and six strengthened beams,it is indicated that the flexural capacity and ductility of combination strengthened beams are superior to carbon fiber strengthening and steel-bonded reinforecment and the initial load has not obvious effects on its load capacity. Furthermore,the failure mode and the increased limit value of the flexural capacity in combination strengthened beams are analyzed based on experimental results. The analysis shows that the increased limit value of combination strengthened beams is much more than 40% of concrete specifications,and combination strengthened statisfying the requirements for its service performance. Therefore if there is a need to both enhance bearing capacity to a greater extent and statisfy service performance of a flexural member,it is recommended that combination reinforcement should be used.
