EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON FLEXURAL BEHAVIOUR OF TIMBER BEAMS REINFORCED WITH BFRP SHEETS

摘要: 玄武岩纤维布是一种性能优异的新型复合材料。通过对12根矩形截面木梁的静力试验,进行玄武岩纤维布(BFRP)加固木梁抗弯性能的试验研究,分析对比梁与加固梁的承载力、挠度等结构性能指标。试验结果表明:在木梁受拉区粘贴玄武岩纤维布是提高木梁抗弯性能的有效方法。并应用ANSYS软件对BFRP布加固木梁的抗弯性能试验的全过程进行了数值模拟,得到加固木梁在竖向荷载作用下的荷载-位移曲线,应力-应变云图等。通过数值计算结果与试验结果的对比,验证了应用ANSYS程序对FRP加固木梁进行数值模拟的可行性。Abstract: BFRP sheet is a new type of complex material with outstanding performance. According to the static tests of 12 rectangular timber beams strengthened with basalt fiber reinforced polymer(BFRP) sheets,it is analyzed that the performance indexes such as the bearing capacity,deflection of reference beams and reinforced beams. The results show that BFRP sheets have a good strengthening effect for timber beam. Finally,the ANSYS software is applied to the numerical stimulation of the bending test of the timber beam reinforced by BFRP sheets. Then,the load-displacement curve and stress-strain nephogram of reinforced timber beam under vertical load are gained. Through the comparison of numerical result and experimental result,it verifies that using ANSYS software to the numerical stimulation of BFRP reinforced timber beam is feasible.
