STUDY ON JOINT LOAD TEST OF METRO SHIELD TUNNELING LINING

摘要: 以盾构隧道衬砌接头荷载试验为依据,研究接头强度、受力及变形规律,对衬砌接头抗弯刚度主要影响因素进行分析。研究表明,正偏心荷载作用下接头强度取决于接头局部抗压及抗剪强度,负偏心荷载作用下接头具有足够的承载能力,接头承载力由接缝位移张开量控制;偏心距、轴力、衬垫厚度以及螺栓预紧力对接头抗弯刚度影响较大。Abstract: Based on load test of joint of shield tunneling lining,joint strength,force and deformation rule,the main influence factors of joint bending stiffness are studied. The results indicate that the segment joint local bearing capacity determines the integral bearing capacity of segment joint under positive eccentric load,the segment joint bearing capacity is sufficient and safe for negative eccentric load,and the joint displacement determines bearing capacity of segment joint for negative eccentric load. The eccentricity and axial force,the thickness of cushion and bolt pretension have great influence on joint bending stiffness of lining segment.
