EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF THE CELLULAR LAMINATED RUBBER BEARING

摘要: 蜂窝夹层橡胶支座是以普通叠层橡胶支座为母本开洞得到的新型橡胶支座。重点研究了应用于北京奥林匹克多功能演播塔的蜂窝夹层橡胶支座。作为一种新型的橡胶支座,通过力学性能试验研究其竖向及水平向刚度。同时,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对蜂窝夹层橡胶支座建立实体模型,分析其力学特性。对比结果表明,有限元数值模拟结果与试验曲线吻合得较好。从而,为建立蜂窝夹层橡胶支座的设计计算方法提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the laminated rubber bearing,the cellular laminated rubber bearing is the rubber bearing with holes. This article focuses on the cellular rubber bearings applied to Beijing Olympic Multifunctional Studio Tower.As a new type of rubber bearing,its vertical and horizontal stiffness have been studied through the mechanical properties experiments. At the same time,the finite element model of the cellular rubber bearing has been established and its mechanical properties have been analyzed with ANSYS. From this comparison,the finite element numerical simulation results agree with the experimental data in this study. Thus,it can provide reference for the design of cellular laminated rubber bearings. -
