EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON ENVIRONMENTAL AGING DURABILITY OF CFRP IN SOUTHEAST REGION

摘要: 对东南地区(泉州)自然环境中的三种CFRP复合材料CS-1+RE-1、CS-2+RE-2、CB-1和两种配套树脂RE-1及RE-2老化后的力学性能进行试验研究,由试验结果可知:CFRP复合材料在自然老化三年后的力学性能变化不大,耐久性能较好;RE-1和RE-2两种树脂的力学性能则受自然环境的影响较大,衰减较快,耐久性较差;树脂性能的变化对CFRP复合材料的力学性能的影响不大,复合材料的力学性能主要由CFRP的性能决定。Abstract: This paper makes an experiment research of mechanical performance of three kinds of CFRP (CS-1+RE-1,CS-1+RE-2,and CB-1) and two resins (RE-1 and RE-2) after three years aging in natural environment of southeast region. It can be inferred from the experiment result that the changing mechanical performance of CFRP is small and the durability is good,while the environment effects of two other resins are obvious,the deterioration is fast and the durability is poor. But the changing of resins' performance doesn't have a great effect on CFRP,because the mechanical performance of composite material is mainly depended on the carbon fiber sheets.
