EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON DURABILITY OF BFRP SHEETS UNDER SALT FOG CORROSION ENVIRONMENT

摘要: FRP作为一种复合材料,浸渍树脂是其重要的组成部分,因此,纤维布和树脂的耐久性对FRP材料的抗老化性能有直接的影响。通过将2组树脂试件和玄武岩纤维试件分别置于自然条件和盐雾侵蚀条件下经过60d的老化后进行的试验发现:树脂的极限抗拉强度降低,伸长率下降;玄武岩纤维片材的强度没有改变,弹性模量没有变化,伸长率也没有受到影响。Abstract: As a complex material,infused resin is an important part of FRP. So durability of resin and fiber sheets may have straight influence on aging resistant capability of FRP. Two groups of resin and basalt fiber components are put into natural environment and salt fog environment respectively for 60 d. The strength and extensibility of resin had dropped. The strength,the Young's modulus and the extensibility of BFRP sheets hadn't changed.
