CRACK CONTROL OF MASS CONCRETE FOUNDATION AT EARLY AGE AND ITS TECHNOLOGY APPLICATION

摘要: 以某厂房地下室大体积混凝土基础施工为例,从优化混凝土配合比、分层浇筑、掺入抗裂纤维和水泥基晶体防水剂以及加强混凝土温度监控和养护等方面对大体积混凝土早期温度裂缝的控制技术进行研究,并利用相关混凝土温度计算公式对混凝土温度、温度应力及最大浇筑长度进行计算,取得满意效果。同时对混凝土温度变化规律,外掺技术在抗裂防渗中的应用和从施工条件、原材料等方面对混凝土收缩裂缝的控制机理进行研究。Abstract: Taking the construction of mass concrete basement of a plant for example,this paper studies control technology of temperature crack at early age of the mass concrete from aspects of optimization of mix proportion, casting by layer,adding of admixtures of crack resistant fibres and cement-based crystal water-proof agent,and strengthening of temperature monitoring and curing of concrete etc,and calculates temperature,temperature stress and maximum pouring length of concrete by using related formulae of temperature calculation,which achieves a good effect. It also describes law of temperature variation,application of adding technology of admixture in crack resistance and seepage protecting,and researches the control mechanism of shrinkage crack from aspects of construction conditions,raw materials etc.
