APPLICATION OF A HYBRID STRUCTURE OF LARGE-SPAN PORTAL FRAME AND CABLE SUPPORTED BARREL VAULT

摘要: 对天津大港发电厂干煤棚的场地特点和使用要求进行分析,根据该干煤棚的特点进行结构设计,提出可以用于屋盖承重结构、抗侧力结构和支承柱结构的各种方案,通过比较提出格构式门式刚架与弦支筒壳复合钢结构体系的概念,并确定在本工程中应用。采用有限元软件Midas建模,在不同工况下对该复合结构进行分析,得到结构的静力性能和动力特性。结果表明,该结构体系构成明确,传力路径清晰,构件内力及结构变形符合相关规范要求,是一种适合该工程实际条件的结构体系。Abstract: According to the site characteristic and operation requirement of dry coal shed of Dagang Power Station in Tianjin,several schemes were put forward respectively for the roof bearing structure,lateral load-resisted structure and the bearing column structure. Through comparison of these presented structural schemes,a new-type structure system:hybrid structure of large-span portal frame and cable supported barrel vault was proposed and used in this project. Analysis of the new-type structure was completed under different load case and combination,and the static and dynamic behaviors were acquired. The result shows that this structure has clear constitution and distinct load- transmitting way,whose internal force and deformation meet the requirements of relevant codes,which is suitable for actual conditions of this project.
