EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE COMPRESSION PERFORMANCE AND THE INFLUENCE OF ARTIFICIAL SEAWATER CORROSION ON THE CFRP TENDONS

摘要: 高性能CFRP筋作为非金属的纤维增强聚合物筋,因具有高强、轻质、耐腐蚀等特点,被认为是替代普通钢筋和预应力钢筋用在腐蚀环境和特殊环境的最佳选择之一。通过运用一种改进的新的CFRP筋材料受压性能的测试方法分别对国产CFRP筋与进口CFRP筋材料受压性能进行了测试,研究海水腐蚀环境对其材料性能的影响。研究结果表明:CFRP筋具有较高的抗压强度和较大的极限压应变,其材料受压时应力应变关系曲线近似为线性关系;人工海水腐蚀对材料受拉性能的影响很小,但对材料受压性能的影响相对较大。Abstract: High-Performance CFRP tendon is a nonmetal fiber polymer reinforcement,which has the characteristic of high strength,lightweight,corrosion resistance,etc. So it is one of the best choices,in which CFRP tendons are substitute for the ordinary and prestressing reinforcements in the corrosion circumstances and meeting the using requirements of the special structures. A meliorative test method of the compression performance of the CFRP tendons is put forward in this paper. The compression performance of the domestic and imported CFRP tendons is tested by the meliorative test method,and the influence of the seawater corrosion on the CFRP tendons is studied. The results show that the CFRP tendons have the performance of the high strength and the large ultimate strain of compression, and the stress strain curve expresses as approximate lines. The influence of the artificial seawater corrosion on the tension performance of CFRP tendons is very little,but it is obvious on the compression performance.
