STABILITY ANALYSIS OF COUPLER STEEL TUBE FALSEWORK UNDER DOUBLE-DIRECTION LOAD

摘要: 我国扣件式钢管模板支架的设计只考虑承受竖向荷载的情况,而在一些特殊结构施工中,模板支架除承受竖向荷载外,还要承受结构施工时的水平荷载。以某地铁工程为例,对模板支架承受双向荷载作用时的稳定承载力进行设计计算,给出该工程模板支架搭设参数。对承受双向荷载和只承受竖向荷载作用时的模板支架分别进行数值分析,得到双向荷载作用下,模板支架的稳定承载力小于只承受竖向荷载时模板支架稳定承载力;建议用设置剪刀撑、与已有结构进行可靠连接等构造措施来保证整架的稳定性。Abstract: Generally,a coupler steel tube falsework just bears the vertical loads,however,in some structure construction,the falsework should carry a horizontal load from lateral concrete pouring.Taking a subway project for example,the stability bearing capacity of the falsework when it bears a double-direction load is calculated,whose result is compare with that of its carrying both two-way load and a horizontal load,so that a parameter from building of falsework is got.The result of a numerical analysis shows that stable bearing capacity of the falsework under double-direction load is lower than its carrying a vertical load only.So,a series of reliable measures are needed to maintain the stability of the whole structure.
