A STUDY ON EFFECT OF STRUCTURAL FACTORS ON STABILITY OF COUPLER STEEL TUBE FALSEWORK

摘要: 采用手动加载和电测相结合的方法,跟踪记录扣件式钢管模板支架整架模型结构失稳的全过程以及各构造因素的应力变化情况。在此基础上,详细分析水平杆和剪刀撑的受力性能以及二者之间的相互影响。研究发现:支架水平杆的应力值随剪刀撑设置的加强而减小,并显著低于剪刀撑应力;剪刀撑可有效降低支架立杆内力分布的不均匀性。根据现场模板支架的实际情况,提出剪刀撑设置标准,相关成果可为设计和施工人员提供参考。Abstract: Using the method of integration hand loading with electrical measurement,it was done a tracking record of the whole model's structural instability and stress change in the structural factors of the coupler steel tube falsework.And then the paper detailedly analysed the forced property of the horizontal pole and the bridging and mutual influence between them.The results show that the stress of the pole becomes less when bridging gets stronger and is significantly less than the bridging stress;and bridging can effectively reduce the internal force uneven distribution of the pole.According to the actual situation of construction, the paper puts forward relevant setting standard of the bridging,which can provide a reference for designers and constructors.
