INFLUENCE OF SEMI-RIGID JOINT ON STABILITY CAPACITY OF COUPLER STEEL TUBE FALSEWORK

摘要: 通过扣件节点半刚性试验,得到节点扭转刚度Rk与直角扣件螺栓拧紧力矩T的关系式。研究表明:在考虑扣件节点扭转刚度的前提下,采用SAP 2000有限元软件建立支架模型,并在模型的每个节点上施加稳定承载力0.1%的等效假想水平力用来模拟架体的初始缺陷,可以精确地验算架体的稳定承载力。对比计算结果和试验结果发现:考虑扣件节点的半刚性是精确计算模板支架稳定承载力的前提。同时,当扣件拧紧力矩小于30 N.m时,支架稳定承载力呈明显下降趋势。因此,在施工过程中,应对扣件的扭紧力矩进行严格检验。Abstract: Based on the semi-rigid joint experiment,it was gained the formula of initial torsion stiffness R_k and bolt tightening moment T of right-angle coupler.On the basis of considering semi-rigid joint,it is indicated that it is rational to use imaginary horizontal force of 0.1% stability capacity in every joint to simulate initial imperfections of the frame by finite element software.Combining with the contrast of finite element analysis results and experimental results,it is the prerequisite to calculate stability capacity exactly with semi-rigid joint of falsework considered.At the same time,the descending trend of stability capacity of the falsework was evident when tightening torques of the couplers is less than 30 Nm.Therefore,during the construction process,it is indispensable to sampling inspections of the tightening torques of the couplers strictly.
