NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT ERECTING PARAMETERS ON OVERALL STABILITY OF COUPLER STEEL TUBE FALSEWORK

摘要: 扣件式钢管模板支架的稳定承载力受构造因素的影响十分明显。通过建立模板支架的三维有限元模型,探讨模板支架纵横距、步距、搭设高度、扫地杆设置、顶端伸出顶层水平杆长度(a值)、剪刀撑等搭设参数对架体稳定性的影响。研究认为:对高支撑模板支架进行计算时,除应注意纵横距和步距对稳定承载力的影响外,还应考虑搭设高度对模板支架稳定承载力的影响,并给出高度调整系数的计算公式;建议模板支架的扫地杆离地面高度不宜超过0.4 m;模板支架应设置剪刀撑,建议水平剪刀撑设置以每4步设置一道为宜,垂直剪刀撑设置以每4跨设置一道为宜;搭设模板支架时,立杆伸出顶层水平杆长度(a值)不宜大于0.2 m,这些结论可为设计、施工和科研人员提供参考。Abstract: The stability bearing capacity of a coupler steel tube falsework is affected by tectonic factors.Through the establishment of the three-dimensional finite element model of falsework,it is explored that effects of longitudinal and lateral distances,the falsework bracket puts up height,sweeping bar,the length of the top horizontal bar extending from top(value of a),bridging and other structural factors of the falsework on the stability of the frame system,and then the formula for calculating height adjustment factor is also given.It is proposed the falsework bracket height from the ground can not be more than 0.4 m and bridging should be set up for the falsework.It is recommended a level bridging is set for every 4 steps and a vertical bridging is set for every 4 spans.The length(value of a) of the vertical bar extending from the top horizontal bar should not be greater than 0.2 m when setting up a falsework.The conclusions of the paper can provide a reference for personnel of design,construction and research.
