STUDY OF FORMING PROCESS OF THE ISFL BASED ON MOMENT CHARACTERISTIC

摘要: 为明确体内张拉成形网格结构张拉方式对结构成形过程受力的影响特点,提出两种张拉方案:整体分次和分批分次。采用ANSYS有限元程序,由张拉方式对结构上弦弯矩的影响出发,通过理论分析,从结构弯矩值分布和两种张拉方式下的弯矩对比值分布两个角度,对结构弯矩特点作了较为详尽的分析。结果表明:从对结构弯矩的影响特点出发,分批分次张拉成形方案切实可行,成形过程中,结构的上弦弯矩主要集中于跨中部分,且分布较为均匀,另外,跨中部分的结构选型应予以重视。Abstract: In order to study the mechanical performance of internal stretch forming lattice structure (ISFL) being influenced by forming method,two methods one is tensioning group by group and the other is tensioning simultaneously step by step,were put forward.Based on the effect on structural moment of upper chord by tensioning method,the mechanical characteristic about structural moment distribution and comparison were fully analyzed by using ANSYS finite element program.The study shows that method tensioning group by group is a feasible program from the point of moment affected by tensioning method.On the forming process of ISFL,the moment is mainly distributed on the middle span,and well-proportioned along structural span.Additionally,it is important to reasonably select structural configuration of the middle of a ISFL.
