APPLICATION OF "DYNAMIC DESIGN CURING" METHOD IN CURING OF POURING RAFT FOUNDATION OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS

摘要: 提出一种适用于核电站筏基大体积混凝土整体浇筑裂缝控制的新方法,该方法的主要思路是:用ANSYS软件建立筏基混凝土整体浇筑的三维有限元数值仿真模型,并制定行之有效的温度应变监控方案,设计优化混凝土养护曲线,监控过程中实时动态调整养护措施。目前,该方法已经成功应用于不同核电站的6个核岛筏基养护项目,混凝土拆模后均无明显裂缝。该方法具有良好的应用和推广前景。Abstract: It is proposed a new method of controlling cracks of pouring mass concrete for raft foundation of nuclear power plants.Software ANSYS is used to set up a 3-D finite element numerical simulation model for pouring concrete of raft foundation.A scheme of monitoring the temperature strain is worked out,optimized curing curves are designed,and the curing measures are adjusted dynamically during the curing period.At present,this method is already applied in raft foundation for 6 nuclear islands of different nuclear power plants,there are no obvious cracks on the concrete after stripping.This method has a bright future of application and popularizing.
