HYDRATION OF MASS CONCRETE FOR FOUNDATION OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS

摘要: 大体积混凝土浇筑前,应对混凝土的最高水化温度进行计算,进一步确认混凝土的温度应力。水化温度涉及水泥材料的多个方面,同时也与结构的几何尺寸、施工环境、施工顺序等因素有关。通过研究计算大体积混凝土温度的一般方法,并对多个核电站的基础混凝土温度进行计算,得到了非常好的结果。Abstract: Prior to massive concreting,calculations shall be made to estimate the highest hydration temperature in order to determine the concrete stresses resulted from temperature.Hydration temperature is related to the type of raw materials used,the structural shape and dimensions,the construction environment,construction methods and sequences.This paper presents a study which investigated massive concreting temperature calculation methods.The result of this study has been used to estimate the temperature of foundation concreting for several nuclear power plants and excellent results have been obtained.
