FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS AND STUDY ON CURING METHODS AND TECHNICAL INDEXES OF MASS-CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION

摘要: 大体积混凝土施工养护方式及技术指标选取往往以工程经验为基础,结合现场温控施工进行养护调整。由于缺乏一定的理论基础,不恰当的养护方式和技术指标往往会导致施工裂缝的进一步加剧。以CPR1000核电站基础为例,开展有限单元法分析养护技术指标及养护方式,分析不同养护方式和技术指标下混凝土可能出现的应力状态,进而优化养护方式和技术指标的选取及指导施工养护技术措施的制定。理论分析结果表明,有区别的动态的养护技术措施更有利于混凝土的成型质量,倡导的有限单元法确定养护方式及技术指标法可为类似基础施工养护提供经验积累和理论支持。Abstract: Conservation methods and technical indicators of mass concrete construction are often selected based on engineering experience,combined with on-site curing according to temperature monitoring,which lacks theoretical foundation,and inappropriate conservation methods and technical indexes will lead to further escalation of construction cracks.In this paper,taking the base of a CPR1000 nuclear power plant for example,through various curing methods and technical indexes,the stress state of concrete is analyzed by finite element method,thereby optimizing the curing methods and technical indexes and then to guide the selection of curing measures.Theoretical analysis results show that the dynamic differentiated technical measures are more conducive to the quality of concrete.All these can provide experience accumulation and theoretical support for curing similar foundations.
