THE ON-SITE TEST OF PUMPING PRESSURE OF CONCRETE-FILLED STEEL TUBE PUMPING

摘要: 针对目前顶升混凝土钢管柱柱顶时有顶爆的情况发生,通过对宝钢不锈钢项目进行现场压强测量试验,对钢管柱中压强随高度变化的压强变化曲线进行分析,得出泵升压强是沿着某条直线上下波动规律变化的,是一种脉冲压强;并得出在混凝土坍落度一定时,溢流孔堵孔是影响顶爆的主要原因;同时提出柱顶顶爆的解决方法。通过对现场数据的分析,得到了顶升合理压强的计算方法。最后,通过工程实例验证了此方法的适用性。Abstract: Through the on-site testing of the concrete pressure in a project of Baosteel, the curves of change in the pressure with the height in steel tube are analyzed.The pumping pressure is a kind of pulse pressure which changes from top to bottom along a particular straight line.The main reason of pumping burst is overflow hole blockage.And the solution of pumping burst is proposed by the analysis of overflow hole blockage.The method of reasonable pumping pressure is obtained.Finally,the project verifies the applicability of the suggested method.
