FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF BONDING ANCHORS FOR EXPERIMENTAL BRIDGE WITH CFRP CABLES

摘要: 以国内首座CFRP索斜拉桥上使用并获得国家专利的直筒加内锥式锚具为研究对象,选取CFRP筋所受径向挤压应力作为主要研究参数,对其进行影响因素的分析,并提出相应的优化方案。研究表明:采用优化方案后,锚具的挤压应力在锚固长度范围内有所减少且分布更趋于均匀,锚固能力较原锚具也有所提高,说明优化方案是可行的。Abstract: Based on the bonding anchors which used in the first CFRP cable-stayed bridge and obtained the national patent,a main research was given to the bonding anchors composed of direct and inner cone type of tube.The radial stress of CFRP tendons is selected as major research parameters and the influencing factors were analyzed for it.At last,corresponding optimization schemes were given.The results show that radial stress of CFRP tendons is decreased and the distribution tends to uniform,anchoring ability is also increased after the optimization of bonding anchors.Which show that the optimization schemes for bonding anchors are feasible.
