EFFECT OF STEEL CONCEALED-BEAM ON STATIC PERFORMANCE OF NEW COMBINATORY CONCEALED-BEAM FLOOR

摘要: 在钢-混凝土新型组合暗梁楼盖结构中,钢暗梁的各参数变化是影响该新型组合暗梁楼盖结构性能的重要因素。为了考察钢暗梁的跨度、间距、截面高度以及腹板开洞率等参数对该新型组合暗梁楼盖结构受力、变形特性的影响,运用ANSYS对其进行各参数变化状态的非线性有限元分析。分析结果表明:暗梁的跨度对该新型组合暗梁楼盖结构抗弯刚度和极限承载力的影响非常显著;而腹板开洞率在26%以内时,对其影响是有限的;暗梁的间距和暗梁截面高度对其影响相对较小。钢暗梁和混凝土楼板的应力状态均随暗梁的跨度、间距、截面高度以及腹板开洞率的改变而变化。Abstract: In new steel-concrete combinatory concealed-beam floor structure,the changes of the parameters of the steel concealed-beam are important factors,which impact the performance of the new combinatory concealed-beam floor structure.In order to investigate the effects on force bearing and deformation characteristics of the new combinatory structure,which caused by parameters such as the span,pitch,cross-section height and hole rate of web plate of steel concealed-beam.ANSYS is used to do the nonlinear analysis of the changes in the parameters.The result shows that the span of concealed-beam is significant to the bending stiffness and ultimate strength of the new combinatory concealed-beam floor;its influence is limited when the rate of opening in the web is within 26 percent.The pitch and cross-section height have less impact.The stress state of steel concealed-beam and concrete floor are changed with different span,pitch,cross-section height and hole rate of abdomen plate of steel concealed-beam.
