APPLICATION OF THE MAST FULL HINGED SUSPENSION STRUCTURE IN JILIN SPEED SKATING RINK

摘要: 通过吉林省速滑馆的工程实践,总结桅杆式全铰接悬挂体系的特点,讨论考虑钢结构、钢索制作安装误差因素的全过程施工模拟分析,确定钢索零状态长度和可调节头调节长度,提出预应力空间结构预应力组合施加的概念,预应力多次张拉与组合施加通过计算分析进行过程控制的实施方法,并通过钢索索力监测进行验证。Abstract: Through the application of the cable-steel roof of Jilin Speed Skating Rink,the construction characteristics of the mast full hinged suspension structure were summarized;full simulative construction analysis process in which error factors of the steel structure and cable making and erection were taken into account fully was discussed;the conception and method carried out on prestressed spatial structure that prestress should be applied compositely was put forward.
