EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE EFFECTS OF SURFACE REINFORCEMENT ON CRACK SPACING AND WIDTH OF REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAMS

摘要: 对6根配置表层钢筋的混凝土梁受弯性能进行试验,其中试验梁的纵筋为HRBF500钢筋,研究配置表层钢筋的混凝土梁开裂特点,分析表层钢筋对混凝土梁裂缝间距和裂缝宽度的影响规律。试验结果表明:配置表层钢筋能有效减小裂缝宽度,其中其短期最大裂缝宽度与对照梁相比可减少35%~70%。参考欧洲规范EN 1992-1-1:2004的有关规定,对表层钢筋的配置及构造和裂缝宽度折减系数提出设计建议。Abstract: Six reinforced concrete beams with surface reinforcement and HRBF500 longitudinal reinforcement were tested to investigate their cracking characteristics,and the effects of surface reinforcement on crack spacing and crack width were analyzed.The test results show that the surface reinforcement can reduce crack width effectively,such as the short-time maximum crack width can be reduced by 35% to 65%.Referring the relative provisions in European code EN 1992-1-1:2004,the recommendations on detailing design of surface reinforcements and the reducing ratio of crack width are proposed.
