EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON CRACK WIDTH ON REINFORCED CONCRETE BIAS COLUMN WITH HRBF500

摘要: 对9根500 MPa级细晶粒钢筋混凝土偏压柱及1根HRB400钢筋混凝土偏压柱进行对比试验,观察试件的裂缝发展过程和破坏形态。对500 MPa级细晶粒钢筋混凝土偏压构件裂缝宽度间距的实测值及现行规范公式计算值的比较表明,实测值小于按规范公式计算值,满足规范要求,但规范公式计算结果偏大;偏压构件裂缝宽度小于受弯构件,构件受力状态对裂缝宽度产生影响;由建议公式计算结果表明,偏压构件与受弯构件裂缝宽度计算具有相同的可靠度。

Abstract: Based on the experiments of nine bias columns with 500MPa fine grain bars and one column with HRB400 bars,it was observed that the test' development of the crack and failure mode.Through the analysis of the experimental results 500MPa Fine-grained bias columns' crack width and spacing of the measured values are compared with the calculation results by the code formula.The results show that the measured value that can meet the requirements is less than the one calculated in accordance with existing norms,but the calculated values of crack width in accordance with the norm is greater.The crack width of the bias component is smaller than bending members,components by the stress state impact the crack width;calculation results of crack width by the proposed formula show that the bias component and bending members have the same reliability.-
