EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON BOND ANCHORAGE PROPERTIES OF HRBF500 STEEL BARS IN CONCRETE

摘要: 通过对42个HRBF500钢筋与混凝土粘结锚固试件的拔出试验,分析HRBF500钢筋粘结锚固的特点和影响粘结锚固强度的主要因素。研究表明:与普通热轧带肋钢筋(月牙纹)类似,HRBF500钢筋与混凝土的粘结强度随锚固长度和钢筋直径的减小、配箍率的提高、保护层的增大、锚筋屈服强度及混凝土强度的提高而增大,其设计锚固长度仍可按GB 500102002《混凝土结构设计规范》规定的公式计算且建议锚固长度设计中混凝土强度等级的上限可以提高到C60。Abstract: Based on 42 HRBF500 steel bar specimens pull-out tests,it is investigated that the bond-anchorage properties of HRBF500 steel bars and the main factors influencing the bond capacity between HRBF500 steel bars and concrete.The test results revealed that its bond strength increases by decreasing anchorage length and bar diameter,increasing stirrup ratio,thickness of concrete cover,yield strength of reinforcing bar and concrete strength,which is similar to that of ordinary crescent ribbed bar,the anchoring length can be designed with the formula in Code for Design of Concrete Structures(GB 500102002),besides,it is proposed that the upper limit of class of concrete strength in formula should be up-dated to C60.
