MECHANICS EMULATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE HESHI STUPA OF FAMEN TEMPLE DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

摘要: 法门寺合十舍利塔由于其建筑形态的特殊性,施工过程中的结构形式和设计成形状态有很大差别,施工路径和方式对结构的建造过程和最终成形的竣工状态有很大影响,与一次成型的设计状态下的分析结果有较大差别,需在结构设计和施工中加以考虑。通过对法门寺合十舍利塔建立有限元模型,综合考虑施工过程中的各种影响因素,分别对几种施工方案的施工过程进行力学模拟和分析;跟踪施工过程中结构的内力和变形的发展过程,以确定合理的施工方法和措施,保证施工过程中结构的安全性,以及竣工时结构的内力和变形满足设计要求,为设计和施工提供理论依据。Abstract: The Heshi Stupa of Famen Temple consists of two towers leaning 36 of verticality in one direction.The two towers have the architectural characteristics of bending shape in space and a Xuyuan Bridge joining two leaning towers at the top.During the construction process of this complex structure different construction procedures will lead to different internal force and deformation distribution.There is a great difference in internal force and deformation distribution between the designed model and the step-by-step construction process,which should be considered in the structural design and construction.It is necessary to analyze the construction procedures in order to make reasonable construction measures and guarantee the safety of structure during the construction and let the internal force and deformation of the completed structure meet the requirements by designers.It is adopted nonlinear finite element method and considered all kinds of factors during the construction to analyze the construction procedures according to the real construction process in order to find the actual internal force and deformation and determine reasonable construction measures.Lots of results have been obtained as guidelines in theory for the design and construction.
