EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON OVERALL SHEAR BUCKLING OF SKIN DIAPHRAGMS

摘要: 在蒙皮体的各种破坏形式中,整体剪切屈曲破坏是具有控制作用的破坏形式之一。采用目前国内常用的YX20-166-830型压型钢板组成的6个蒙皮板进行了抗剪试验研究,它们的边界连接形式分别采取波谷单螺栓连接、波峰单螺栓连接、波谷双螺栓连接、波谷双螺栓波峰单螺栓连接、固支连接和沿波谷两点焊接,给出了边界连接形式对蒙皮板的破坏过程、荷载位移曲线、屈曲形式、屈曲荷载、剪切刚度以及应变分布的影响,从而为蒙皮板强度的确定提供参考依据。Abstract: Overall shear buckling is one of the decisive failure modes of skin diaphragms.It is carried out shear experimental investigation on six skin diaphragms,which are constituted by common YX20-166-830 profiled steel sheeting.Modes of boundary attachment of the six skin diaphragms are different with each other,including one bolt in every trough,one bolt in every crest,two bolts in every trough,two bolts in every trough and one bolt in every crest,one clamped attachment and two dot welds in every trough.The results of experimental investigation are presented including failure process,load-deflection curve,buckling mode,buckling strength,shear stiffness and strain condition,which are influenced by the boundary condition of skin diaphragms.The conclusion provides a reference for strength design of skin diaphragms.
