THE REHABILITATION OF THE THIRD SHIQIAO BRIDGE BY EXTERNAL PRESTRESSING

摘要: 介绍市桥三桥旧桥箱梁腹板裂缝,用图展示裂缝的外形和位置。认为腹板抗剪设计强度不足是导致腹板裂缝与缺陷的原因。为抑制裂缝的扩展,提高腹板抗剪能力,提出体外预应力法加固。对体外索的组成、布置和张拉控制应力等关键问题进行了讨论。在设计过程中,谨慎地选择锚固与转向结构。用桥梁分析软件建立计算模型,进而获得结构内力与应力。由对比可知,体外预应力加固法可以有效地增加安全储备、抑制裂缝发展。Abstract: The cracks on the web of box girder for the third Shiqiao Bridge are demonstrated by pictures including the location and geometry of the cracks.The deficiencies of performance and cracks due to the incorrect design of web and the lower shear resistance are discussed.In order to suppress the crack propagation and improve the shear strength of the web,the external prestressing method is proposed after several debates.The formation of external prestressing cable,the arrangements and control stress of tendons are discussed.Some critical aspects,such as deviator and anchorage,are designed carefully.The analytical model is developed by bridge software,the internal forces and stress have been calculated by computer.By comparison,it can be known that the safety margin increases and the crack propagation can be suppressed efficiently.
