RESEARCH ON COMPRESSIVE BEHAVIORS OF N-TYPE BLOCK MASONRY WITH STRAIGHT JOINT

摘要: N式砌块通过对砌块块形的改进实现了在砌筑砌体时孔、肋完全对齐,N式砌块在半灌孔和全灌孔时可以同缝砌筑。研究了同缝砌筑的半灌孔N式砌块砌体受压性能,了解了N式砌块砌体在同缝砌筑下的破坏形态及破坏机理。试验结果,同缝砌筑的半灌孔N式砌块砌体的抗压强度平均值比普通砌块的抗压强度平均值高出30%左右,分析表明,其强度提高的主要原因是孔洞对齐和砌块块体的约束作用。给出了N式砌块砌体同缝抗压强度平均值的计算公式,与试验结果吻合良好。Abstract: N-type concrete masonry is a new type of small-size concrete block masonry by improving the block shape to realize fully aligned web-shells.And,N-type masonry could be built with straight joint.Based on 6 half-grouted specimens,the compressive behaviors of N-type masonry were investigated.Test results showed that the average compressive strength of half-grouted N-type masonry was about 30% higher than that of the common concrete masonry.The main reason for the strength rising was the full-alignment of web-shells in N-type concrete masonry prisms.And a formula of average compressive strength of half-grouted N-type masonry was given,whose result agreed well with the result of test.
