STUDY ON TECHNOLOGY OF ENERGY-SAVING RECONSTRUCTION ON EXISTING RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS IN THE COLD DISTRICT

摘要: 既有采暖居住建筑节能改造是降低建筑能耗的一个重要途径,节能改造的技术主要从建筑节能和采暖系统节能改造两方面入手。建筑节能改造主要考虑建筑围护结构的节能改造和可再生能源的利用。改造技术措施采取的合理与否对围护结构的节能改造综合效益起着关键性的作用。对围护结构墙体在节能改造时,需要考虑的改造技术措施给予分析,提出既有建筑围护结构墙体节能改造采取的一些技术措施。Abstract: It is an important approach to reconstruct the energy-saving heating system of an existing residential building in reducing its energy consumption.The technology of energy-saving reconstruction consists of two aspects,one is architectural energy-saving,and the other is heating energy-saving.Energy-saving reconstruction mainly takes the energy-saving reconstruction of envelope structure and renewable energy sources into consideration.It plays a key role in analyzing the comprehensive efficiency and reasonable technology in the process of reconstruction.It is analyzed the technology of energy-saving reconstruction of wall for envelope structure,and put forward some measures in energy-saving reconstruction of existing residential buildings.
