APPLICATION OF FUZZY MATHEMATICS AND METHOD OF APH IN SAFETY MANAGEMENT OF BLAST FURNACE SYSTEMS

摘要: 在高炉建设过程中,因高空交叉作业多,高炉本体的施工空间狭小,使得施工相对比较复杂。为保证高炉系统在建设过程中的安全施工,采用比较科学的模糊数学和层次分析法来进行判断施工安全状况,避免主观因素的影响,并对施工安全状态进行定量表达。该方法运算简便,可操作性强,更适合于施工现场普遍存在的安全管理人员文化程度不高、凭经验判断安全状态的现状,便于施工现场管理人员掌握,并及时发现安全隐患。Abstract: In order to reduce the construction time as far as possible in a blast furnace construction process,because the blast furnace main body space is narrow and small,many upper air overlapping operations should be done,which causes the construction to be more complex.Therefore,to guarantee the blast furnace system's construction safety,the method of the fuzzy mathematics and AHP method are used for a quantitative expression of general safety state of a construction.The computation is not only simple,but the operational is strong and easy to grasp by managers in the construction site to discover the potential safety problems as early as possible.As compared with other theoretic methods,it is suitable to the managers at worksite.Through the example of analysis,it has proven that the method is reasonable.
