STUDY ON THE STABILITY DESIGN METHOD OF HIGH STRENGTH STEEL ANGLE MEMBERS UNDER AXIAL COMPRESSION

摘要: Q420和Q460高强度热轧等边角钢在钢结构中的应用逐渐增多,由于强度提高,部分角钢截面的宽厚比超过规范限值,不满足局部稳定性的要求。GB500172003《钢结构设计规范》对于这一问题并没有给出相应的计算方法和设计规定。结合DL/T51542002《架空送电线路杆塔结构设计技术规定》和美国ANSI/ASCE1097《输电铁塔设计导则》的相关规定,研究Q420和Q460高强度热轧等边角钢轴心受压构件稳定承载力的设计计算方法,分析了上述规范中对于高强度角钢轴心受压构件稳定设计方法的合理性,为相关设计提供了参考。Abstract: The application of Q420 and Q460 high strength hot-rolled steel angles in steel structures is increasing,but because of the high strength,the widthto-thickness ratio of some steel angles exceeds the code limitation,which does not satisfy the requirement of local buckling.The Chinese Code for Design of Steel Structures(GB 500172003)doesn't provide the corresponding design method for solving this problem.Based on the related Codes of the Chinese Technical Regulation of Design for Tower and Pole Structures of Overhead Transmission Line(DL/T 51542002)and the ASCE Design of Latticed Steel Transmission Structures(ANSI/ASCE 1097),it was studied the stability design methods of Q420 and Q460 high strength hot-rolled steel angle members under axial compression,and analyzed the rationality of these methods,which provides a reference for the corresponding design.
