EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON FIREPROOFING MEASURES FOR CFRP STRENGTHENED CONCRETE MEMBERS

摘要: 通过对10块分别采用厚型防火涂料、薄型防火涂料及普通水泥砂浆进行防火保护的混凝土板火灾试验,得出采用不同涂层厚度的3种防火保护措施后在标准火灾试验下混凝土板的温度场分布情况。结果表明:对于碳纤维加固混凝土构件,采用薄型防火涂料及普通水泥砂浆进行防火保护的作用不大,可以采用厚型防火涂料进行保护,同时得出了厚型防火涂料厚度的计算公式。

Abstract: Through experiments on 10 reinforced concrete slabs bonded with thick and thin fireproofing coatings and plain cement mortar respectively,the corresponding temperature distributions of the three cases have been obtained under standard fire condition.The experimental results show that for the FRP strengthened concrete structures,the fireproofing effect by the thin fireproofing coating or plain cement mortar can be neglected.However,the thick fireproofing coating is effective in insulating the FRP strengthened concrete structures,and a formula for calculating the thickness of the fireproofing coating is proposed.-
