EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON CAST-STEEL JOINTS AT BOTTOM

摘要: 铸钢节点具有较强的适应能力被广泛应用于各种大跨度空间结构中,在目前暂无国家统一设计规范的情况下,对受力复杂的铸钢节点辅以足尺或模型试验是非常必要的。结合南通体育会展中心工程,对部分重要节点进行了试验研究,并与弹塑性非线性有限元分析结果对比,证明工程设计所用的分析理论基本符合铸钢节点的实际工作状况,节点具有足够的安全储备。Abstract: A Cast-steel joint has a strong adaptability,which has been widely used for many large span-space structures,but there is not a unified national design criterion in China.In this case,model test is necessary to the typical complex joints.This paper has made the experimental research on the main joints for the Center of Exhibition and Sport in Nantong,Whose result is also compared with the result of Nonlinear FE analysis.It is proved that the analytic theory used for the project design agrees basically with the actual working condition of the cast-steel joints,and the joints have enough safety reserve.
