摘要: 以苏南地区的一栋比较典型的独立式三层住宅为研究对象，对屋面、外墙、外窗分别进行节能改造后的节能效果进行分析，找出了影响节能效果的关键因素，并给出了优化节能改造设计方案和节能效果，提出了围护结构实现节能25%和50%围护结构传热系数限定值。

Abstract: Taking a typical 3-storey existing residential house in southern region of Jiangsu as a research object,the effectiveness of energy-saving is analyzed after roofs,wall,doors and windows of the residential house is upgraded and the key factor is presented.The optimal design schemes are proposed and the limited values of the coefficient of thermal transmission are recommended at the rate of energy-saving of 25% and 50% in building enclosure.
