RESEARCH OF MECHANICAL PROPERTY OF PRE-TWISTED RECTANGULAR BEAM

摘要: 初始扭转梁在工程结构中的使用越来越广泛。对初始扭转梁力学性能进行系统的分析研究,提出可靠的力学分析模型和计算理论具有非常重要的实际意义。基于小变形线弹性基本假定,对初始扭转矩形梁进行力学性能分析,得出初始扭转矩形梁的位移解,举例并利用ANSYS进行验证分析。验证结果表明:初始扭转矩形梁小变形问题的求解方法是可行的;且由于初始扭转角的存在,初始扭转悬臂梁的位移较无初始扭转直梁增大,并且出现侧向位移,截面等效抗弯刚度变小。同时,小变形位移解为初始扭转梁有限元数值分析提供了精确的位移插值函数模式。Abstract: With the extensive application of pre-twisted beam in engineer structure,it is very important to carry out analytical research of pre-twisted beam,put forward a dependable mechanics analysis model and the calculation theories.The analysis of mechanical property is carried out based on small deformation assumption to get the displacement general solution,and verify its accuracy using ANSYS software.The paper indicates that the general displacement method is feasible,and the displacement of pre-twisted cantilever beam is larger than non-twisted one,and because of pre-twisted angle,the lateral displacements appear.At the same time,the presented general solution offers an accurate displacement interpolation model.
