RESEARCH ON MECHANISM OF EFFECT OF MARINE SOFT CLAY ON CEMENT SOIL

摘要: 连云港地区软土与其他软土地区软土相比具有高含盐特性,且以Cl-、SO42-和Mg2+为主,若采用水泥土搅拌桩法对其进行加固,土中的易溶盐会对桩身质量产生较大的影响。通过立方体抗压强度试验和电子显微镜(SEM)研究高含盐量对水泥土强度影响的内在机理。结果表明:Mg2+、Cl-、SO42-都对水泥土强度具有不同程度的负面作用。其中Cl-对三个龄期的强度都有影响;Mg2+从中期开始发挥作用;SO42-则对水泥土长期强度影响较大。Abstract: Compared with others, the soft soil in Lianyungang contains high salinity, and the most ions are Cl-, SO42-and Mg2+. If the cement deep mixing method is to improve the soft soil foundation, these ions will generate the bad influence on the strength of pile. By using cube compressive strength test and SEM, the inherent reason of the bad influence can be explored. The results indicate that Mg2+, Cl-and SO42- ions are disadvantage elements. In the three ions, C- influences the strength of the three curing ages; Mg2+ effects the 28 d strength and SO42- impacts the long term strength.
