THE CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE OF THE DYNAMITE DEMOLITION FOR QINGDAO RAILWAY BUILDING

摘要: 近年来,青岛火车站旅客吞吐量与日俱增,难以满足使用要求,为此火车站进行了重新规划改造,约计40 000 m2建筑物需要拆除,其中部分建筑物采取爆破方式拆除。根据规划需要,结合爆破场地实际情况,决定采取控制爆破方法对铁道大厦综合楼实施拆除。在拆除过程中,针对建筑物的不同构件,采取了不同的爆破方法,确定了布孔方式,孔网的间距、排距,爆破开口的各种参数、爆破弹药用量等,此外还确定了其他辅助措施。经监测,爆破效果理想,大厦按照设想的方向和范围倒塌,建筑体完全破碎,爆破拆除效果较好。Abstract: In recent years, the passengers at Qingdao Railway Station increased with each passing day, the railway building is hard to meet the need. Consequently, the railway station needs to be rebuilt, the architectures about forty thousands square meter need to be demolished, parts of them should be demolished by blasting. According to the plan designing and the circumstance, the controlling exploding plan concerned. Based on the calculation results and tested data on the work site, the exploding incision point, the line distance of holes, the dosage of dynamite were brought forward. The additional measures also adopted in order to ensure the collapse of the building. The inspection results showed that the demolished effects were very well, the collapse direction, the collapse dumps matched very well with the designed way.
