CONSTRUCTION EMULATION ANALYSIS OF SUSPENDOME CONSIDERING TEMPORARY SUPPORTS

摘要: 弦支穹顶结构在施加预应力前,施工临时支撑对上部网壳起较大的支承作用,索张拉施工时未拆除临时节点支撑。考虑支承对施工过程的影响有助于结构安全和支撑布置是否合理。以2008奥运羽毛球场馆实际工程为背景,利用有限元软件分别就有支撑和无支撑两种情况下的结构施工过程进行仿真分析。研究表明:考虑临时支撑对弦支穹顶结构的影响可以更贴切地体现结构施工过程中的实际响应,随着预应力张拉的进行,个别构件内力变化幅度非常大,对结构进行施工阶段的强度、刚度等验算显得尤为重要。Abstract: Suspendome is largely sustained by temporary suppor ts before construction begins. And these supports are not removed in construction. Considering the influence caused by temporary supports will be of benefit to security of structure and optimal distributing of supports. Based on the project of badminton gymnasium for 2008 Olympic Games, it is carried out the emulation analysis of construction process of the structure in different situations by the way of the finite element software. The analysis considering temporary supports indicates that the real response of structure can be shown more veraciously. Because of the temporary supports. effects, the components . internal forces and displacements of non-supports structure are different from the ones of structure considering supports. Besides, the amplitude of force for some particular component varies a lot, and it's indispensable to check the intensi ty and stiffness of structure in construction.
