摘要: 通过对5.12汶川大地震大量砌体结构房屋严重破坏和倒塌的调查分析,发现重灾区地震烈度大于或远大于房屋设防烈度是主要原因,其次还有设计不合理,施工质量较差等原因,总结了砌体结构房屋设计施工的注意事项,可供工程技术人员、施工人员等参考。Abstract: By means of investigation on serious damages and collapses of a large number of masonry structures due to 5. 12 Wenchuan earthquake, it has been found out that the seismic intensity in a hardest hit area was greater than or much greater than the intensity of housing security is the main reason, followed by unreasonable design, poor quality construction and other reasons. It is pointed out that the matters needing attention in the design and construction of the structures, which may be a reference for engineers and construction staff.
