EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE OF CORRODED REINFORCEMENT CONCRETE BEAMS IN ATMOSPHERIC ENVIRONMENT

摘要: 对大气环境中9根钢筋混凝土外伸梁进行试验,研究结果表明:箍筋比纵向钢筋更容易锈蚀;当锈蚀率低于5%时,在受弯过程中仍较好地符合平截面假定;锈蚀梁不存在明显的屈服点;锈蚀导致粘结力的下降,从而引起梁的刚度下降,平均裂缝间距增加。在锈蚀率相同的情况下,顺筋裂缝数量越多,梁的承载能力越低;顺筋裂缝宽度越大,梁的承载能力越低。正弯矩区和负弯矩区承载力下降程度分别是锈蚀率的1.7倍~2.5倍和1倍左右,主要是因为正弯矩区的裂缝数量和裂缝宽度要大。Abstract: Experimental study on 9 corroded reinforcement concrete beams with cantilevers at both supports in atmospheric environment is carried out. It is easier for the stirrup to corrode than longitudinal steel bars. Plane sections of corroded R.C. beams before bending remain plane after bending when the corrosion rate is lower than 5%. There is no obvious yielding point in corroded R.C. beams. The decrease of bonding capacity between concrete and corroded re-bars induces the decrease of beam rigidity and increase of average distance between cracks. The loss of load carrying capacity of corroded R.C. beams with more longitudinal cracks and wider cracks is greater than those with less longitudinal cracks and narrower cracks. The loss of the load carrying capacity of corroded R C beams in the positive-moment zone and the negative-moment zone is about 1.7 to 2.5 times and one times of the corrosion rate.
