THE PRESTRESS CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF A BEAM STRING STRUCTURE FOR BEIJING NORTH STATION

摘要: 北京北站无柱雨棚结构采用单向张弦结构。经过大量仿真计算和方案比较分析,施工过程中首先进行单榀桁架空中榀装,并预张到设计张拉力的70%,吊装到位后,通过滑移的方法将整体结构安装完成,然后进行第2、3次预应力施加工作。提出的张弦结构的施工方法,不但在技术上十分合理,而且降低了成本。Abstract: The multifunctional report hall for Beijing North Station is a one-way beam string structure. A lot of construction simulation and plan demonstration are carried out. A truss is installed and the cable is tensioned to 70 percentage of the design force on the ground.After raising and slipping the truss,the prestressing is carried out for the second and third time. The proposed method for the construction of beam string structure. It is not only reasonable in technology,but also can reduce the cost.
